Building automation in the Helsinki metropolitan area
HK-Säätö's premises are in Kilonkallio in Espoo, and we install, monitor and maintain building automation throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area and elsewhere in Uusimaa. Remote monitoring and Kiinteistöpilvi do not depend on distance, and they are also used elsewhere in Finland in the buildings of our partners.
Cities
Helsinki
From the old buildings of the inner city to the heat distribution centres of the suburbs that are due for renewal. In both, one heating curve for the whole building is the most common problem.
Vantaa
The heat distribution centres of the suburbs come up for renewal at around the same time. The automation is worth renewing in the same project.
Kauniainen
Small housing companies, terraced houses and semi-detached houses. Measurement in the flats is worthwhile even in a small building.
The rest of Uusimaa
Our service area includes Kirkkonummi, Vihti, Nurmijärvi, Tuusula, Kerava, Järvenpää, Sipoo, Porvoo, Lohja, Raasepori and Loviisa. We travel to these for urgent faults as well, and many things are handled remotely: remote monitoring, handling of alarms and Kiinteistöpilvi work the same way across the whole area.
Elsewhere in Finland
